Terms and privacy

The AI Jumpstart Toolkit is a free set of AI tools for people who attended "AI in Practice" at the Wine Industry Financial Symposium on November 11, 2026. It is presented by Wine Spies and Continuum Venture Foundry, and built and run by Continuum Venture Foundry. This page says plainly what we keep, what we don't, and what you're agreeing to.

What we keep

  • Your account: name, work email, company, role and company size.
  • Your choices: whether you opted in to the newsletter or Office Hours, with the date and time of each choice, so your consent can be shown.
  • Sign-in records: when you signed in, so your session stays secure.
  • Counts: how many times each tool was opened and used each day, and what each tool cost to run. Counts only, never content.
  • Scorecard benchmark, only if you choose it: if you click "add it to the room benchmark," we keep your twelve answers, your role and your company size, with nothing that links them to your name, email or company.

What we never keep

What you type or paste into a tool, and the results the tool gives you. Results appear on your screen and can be copied, printed or downloaded; when you leave the page, they are gone. Our records of each AI request hold only its size and a fingerprint (a hash), never its text. We don't log what you type.

Please don't paste financials, employee records, contracts or customer data into any tool. None of the tools need them.

The AI model

Tools that use AI send your request from our server to Anthropic's Claude models, processed in the United States. Your browser never talks to Anthropic directly. Anthropic does not use these requests to train its models. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, it keeps requests and responses for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring, then deletes them.

Who sees your information

  • Continuum Venture Foundry runs both the newsletter and Office Hours. If you opt in to either, your name, email and company go to Continuum Venture Foundry for that purpose only.
  • No one else receives the attendee list, including Wine Spies and any other sponsor.
  • We don't sell or rent your information.

What you're agreeing to

  • Drafts, not advice. Everything a tool produces is a draft for you to review. It is not legal, tax, accounting, compliance or financial advice. AI prepares; you approve.
  • Use it for your own work. Don't use the tools to break the law, to mislead anyone, or to try to get around their limits.
  • Limits. Each AI tool can be used a few times a day, and tools may be paused if the Toolkit reaches its spending limit. The Readiness Scorecard keeps working either way.
  • No guarantees. The tools are provided as they are, free of charge. We don't promise they're error-free or always available.

When it ends

Tool access ends on Monday, December 14, 2026, for everyone. Your account and opt-in choices are kept after that so we can send the closing email and honor your choices.

Changing your mind

You can change your newsletter and Office Hours choices any time from your Account page. To have your account deleted, email jj@flycontinuum.com and we'll delete it and confirm.
